What We Do

The Glasshouse Academy is broadly split into three tranches below with a different focus for each three-year group. Currently the Glasshouse Academy consists of Years 5, 6 and 7.

Years 5, 6 and 7

• It's about fun and enjoyment
• Focusing on empathy, communication and teamwork
• Building trust and developing relationships

Years 8, 9 and 10

• It's about supporting the children
• Supporting them through a transition in their lives both in and out of school
• Creating opportunities for their continued development

Years 11, 12 and 13

• It's about helping them with the next step in their lives
• Kick starting the next phase, developing a springboard
• Helping with further education, work experience, apprenticeships or getting a job
